		<description>Not too bad, though the conventions are poor (never us &quot;&amp;&quot; in place of &quot;and&quot; in a formal paper) and your tone falls apart in the last paragraph or so.  The argument and support is pretty solid for the most part.  It just needs some polishing of the rough edges.</description>
